Raw Food Demo Sunday August 30th
The Ukiah Brewing Company will be hosting a Raw Food demonstration on Sunday, August 30th at 3pm in the Fireplace Room. The demonstration will show you how to prepare several easy gourmet raw dishes,m such as Zucchini Fettuccine Alfredo, Vegan Caesar Salad, and Yam Spice Pie. The fee for the workshop is $15, and samples of each dish are included. Full raw meals are also available for puchase after the lecture. Come hungry! More info at I Can Eat Raw.
