	Ukiah Brewing Company debuts new menu
	Ukiah Brewing Company debuts new menu this week. As always, everything served is 100% organic, as Ukiah Brewing is still one of only two entirely organic restaurants in the nation. The new trifold menu includes many new lunch items such as a Mushroom Burger and the Brewhouse Special, a sandwich (your choice of Brew Burger, Veggie Burger, Turkey Club, Tuna Melt, TLT, Tofu Wrap or Grilled Cheese) with coleslaw and small french fries for only $7.50. New on the dinner menu is the Winter Vegetable Tofu Pot Pie and the Seafood Platter (calamari, shrimp and fish catch of the day) among others. The starters section now has the ever popular deep fried calamari appetizer on full-time, and French Onion Soup is now a staple on the Soups and Salads section, along with new salads such as the Chicken Salad and the Brew House Salad, with turkey, cheese, egg and candied walnuts.
