Ukiah Brewing Company Thanks Ellery Clark
Chef Ellery Clark worked one of the busiest nights ever at Ukiah Brewing Company last Saturday, August 16, 2008. It was a fitting last night manning the "Food Shovel" for one of Mendocino County's most well-known restaurant and musical figures. Clark has helped Ukiah Brewing grow into the institution it is now through years of service not only as a first class chef, but also as a bartender, server and bassist/singer with a handful of local groups, the most long-standing being reggae favorites Rootstock.

Although you might not see him behind the kitchen counter much anymore, his recipes will continue, and you will hear his voice and bass guitar frequently on the stage at UBC. Catch Ellery with MENDOZONE rock/reggae/funk Saturday, August 30, 2008 at Ukiah Brewing.

Chef Josh Hyland will be taking over the primary "Food Shovel" position. Josh has worked with Ellery and the UBC crew for a few years now.

The Cooperriders and Ukiah Brewing Company extend a huge thank you to Ellery Clark for your years of work and fun!
